Price , location, breakfast, front desk girl were good. Let starting saying I always look for Home2 availability every where we go since the first time in 2022 because the services, cleaning rooms, wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms but this time we stayed for longer days and every day Room services was done I have to ask for another set of towels even when my reservation was for 4 people, shower gel was almost empty since we arrived because at the second day we didn't have anymore.That's why my rate is 4 and not 5 this time.

The room was not clean. We found small pieces of trash around the base of the beds, mold along the tub/shower wall, and aome ants in the room. The room needs a deep clean and confirmation from management before another guest is allowed to stay in the room. This next piece of feedback isn’t the hotels fault, but the guests on the floor above us walked around the room all night both nights of our stay. Very difficult to sleep with the heavy footsteps.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton was a great place to stay. My room was ready earlier than expected, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, my grand children enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast.

Great family hotel
Very nice stay for our family of 6. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our lunches to go. We enjoyed the smart tv and ability to log in to our Netflix account for movies at night. The pool was closed for the season but looked amazing and we really enjoyed the fire tower and seating in the courtyard. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Parking lot well lit and security guard on staff in evenings.
