Don't ever stay at this hotel unless you want to lose your money I was one day off because of the date line flying over the deadline. They refuse to refund my money and raise my room rate from 257 to 308 on the day that I needed They refuse to give me a refund they've been fighting with me back and forth and they're lying their ass off about a dates It's been a nightmare dealing with them and they're desk manager do not use this hotel unless you want to fight and lose your money If you make one mistake on their stupid website which doesn't work You won't be able to call anybody they'll sell you oh we're going to give you a refund they're going to give you the refund of the very smallest amount It's been over a month now and I haven't seen any money credits only credits I don't want credits I'm traveling long distance I don't need credit I need my cash back just don't use them They were completely empty when I went in there to book my room and they couldn't all they had to do is change the date on the reservation by one day but no they wanted me to cancel one book and keep that money and then book another room and keep that money so $500 for one night which included in breakfast and then I went down to eat breakfast they said no it doesn't include breakfast That was another $109 for a s***** breakfast just stay away from them

This hotel is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the airport by free shuttle. The free shuttle to the shopping centre is a nice benefit

The staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle ride from hotel to Tung Chung station and from hotel to the airport.

Hotel staffs are really helpful. When you book just tell them how long you want to stay. They managed that. Only problem I face language barrier. Very hard to find people to understand.

clean, near HKG airport

nice room and staff. only slight nuisance was the bathroom having no door or shower curtain; kind of a slip hazard but there’s a bar you can hold on to exit. restaurant breakfast was good, but prices for dinner can be expensive.

Distress with happy ending

The manager in this location was AMAZING. I lost my purse in the shuttle bus and the bus the driver found it after dropping us off to the airport. The manager called me to let me know. Thank goodness he called because i was going crazy. My passport was in my purse. I was not able to check in. That's how i found out my purse was missing. Also, tried to call the property but my call was not going through. I was having a hard time making international call. Anyway the manager was able to get hold of me and made arrangements to deliver my purse to me and was able to make my flight. I can't say enough how GREAT the manager was. He help me STAY CALM until i received my purse and he even call me back to check up to make sure i was okay and i received my purse. WONDERFUL GUY. AMAZING!!!!!

The hotel was average. We booked a sea view room however the view was not great from the room and we can mainly see the loading/unloading of building materials from our room. The swimming pool and spa/sauna services were unavailable for maintenance during our stay which is very inconvenient for our whole family and ruined our stay at the hotel. Expedia should have let us know about the unavailability of swimming and spa/sauna services when we made the booking. Expedia should refund for the hotel accommodation as we have not received the services mentioned on the website and is false advertising about swimming pool and spa/sauna services. The staff service was average and in some cases below average to poor. I would not recommend staying at this hotel for such a big price without basic facilities.
