Le Meridien Chennai is pathetic
Being an old property the condition of rooms and toilets was pathetic and not value for money paid. The toilet had broken racks as evident in the photo. The mirrors were shabby old which were not having clear image. It would have been better to have opted for a three star hotel instead which would have been much better. When they shifted me to another room, the room did not have any toiletries and hand towel. Neither there were paper tissues in the room. Tried calling the General Manager and was advised that he is not available.

The property is close to the airport and easy access to the other parts of city. The Staffs are so great and very attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most and great service. However the renovations in rooms needs attention.
