"This home was perfect for our family of 5, my husband and I and 3 teenagers. We were unfortunately in Colorado Springs for a funeral, and this home was the perfect place to come "home" to after several emotional days. Our family had room to spread out and relax and come together for meals. Any minor issues we had were taken care of immediately by the property managers. We gathered for some family meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! The beds were awesome, the sheets even better, so soft. I even took a picture of the brand of sheets to order for our own beds. We are in C. Springs often and we will definitely be renting this home again in the near future! Worth every penny!"

"I had the pleasure of spending the Christmas holidays at Black Bear Chateu in Colorado Springs. The home was beautiful and my host, Mary Louise, had decorated my home with Christmas lights and decorations which made me feel right at home. The property has everything you could ask for including bedroom, kitchen, televisions in the living room and bedroom and deer and turkeys that visited every morning. There are also many games and books plus a foosball table to keep the youngsters entertained. This is the premier location in Colorado Springs as it was in the mountains but only 10 minutes from the Broadmoor Resort and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and 15 minutes from North Cheyenne Canyon and Garden of the Gods. Our daughters and grandchildren live in Colorado Springs, and I hope to stay at this home whenever I go out to visit.
