稱不上髒，但也不算乾淨！東西頗老舊，浴室的水關不緊，會一直滴水！隔音很差，走道走路聲、隔壁電鈴聲、隔壁沖水聲都還蠻清楚的！對外窗對著隔壁棟的牆面，所以有窗也看不到景色。門窗都關緊，但總是會突然不知道從哪裡冒出一陣煙味！！

整體上還不錯，但清潔度要再加強，因為有出現小隻的小強，枕頭有毛髮,床底下有灰塵 浴室廁所沒有隔起來，如果地板濕滑容易跌倒

停車問題不是很ok！採先停先贏的方式！也就是說晚到沒有車位，要自己找外面的收費停車場或是停車格！其餘大致上還蠻好的！
