Decent hotel for a short stay
The hotel lobby and hallways were clean. The carpet in our room didn’t look vacuumed. The tables looked worn down. The bathroom was nice, but the bed wasn’t all that comfortable. Overall it was a quiet hotel on the 28th floor, even during Chicago Marathon weekend. The pool area wasn’t great, looked worn out, and the water was cold. Pool was also narrow.

Good stay. Paid for the breakfast with my reservation but they charged me anyway. When I asked about it, the person said they couldn’t do anything about it. So I paid for our breakfasts twice. Not cool.

Used this hotel for Chicago marathon weekend. Hotel put on a shuttle bus for free and plenty of refreshments afterwards. No complaints, very modern fitness suite and clean pool. Would recommend.

I came to Chicago for marathon. Hyatt offers shuttle service to and back btw hotel and start/finish, and allows late check out till 2 pm. That’s very considerate
