The hotel has an excellent location, but rooms were very small. Closet door did not work and no one help us. Elevetors were VERY slow and getting to the gym not easy.

Wonderful staff. They sent cupcakes and a card for my niece’s birthday. Great location!!! My only deduction is the elevators are incredibly slow. So plan ahead.

The Pendry is a beautiful, unique hotel in a perfect location to walk all the major attractions. The staff are professional and helpful. The room was perfect and clean! Would highly recommende.

Excellent location and great mattresses. We stayed at 11th floor which it’s quite noisy by the fan. And the toilet venting is no good, smells bad if don’t close the bathroom door.

Beautiful building, nice staff, little sleep
Lovely hotel, basic, plain decor in-room with touches of interest in the tile that seemed to reflect the history and style of the building. Check-in line was lengthy but staff was kind. The room service availability was nice. I booked this hotel and room for several reasons- the tie-breaker was that it was listed with a tub… but there was no tub. Hotels.com refunded me $24… okay, but I would have went with a much less costly hotel if I knew there was no tub. Last, the hotel was LOUD. Very little sleep because of the very loud traffic all night, and very little soundproofing.

This hotel was gorgeous, vintage, smelled fantastic, staff was lovely, and they had quite literally the best shower I’ve ever enjoyed. Do yourself a favor and book a corner room, the views were stunning. The rooftop bar was also a perfect place to have a drink and unwind after a long day.
