Loved my stay. Just stayed one night but would happily have stayed more. I didn't even get to enjoy the lovely heated pool. Super comfortable, super clean. Good breakfast --great if you are not gf. They even had soy milk for my coffee. Great staff! Gave me an extra hour to check out. Spacious lobby where I could work while I waited for a late flight and a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Oh, and room service last night was super fast after I ordered using the qr code and paid via apple pay on my phone. Room was spacious and comfortable and kitchen was well equipped and I didn't even get to really use it. Excellent stay!

Close to airport and expressway. My Room was not adequately cleaned upon arrival. Specifically the telephone was full of chocolate and the bedside table it was on also had sticky substance on it in more than one area. I notified the front desk. An offer to be moved was made but my 98 year old mom had already settled in. She was too tired to be uprooted to another room. Fortunately I had a pkg of sanitary wipes to clean the phone and table.

Everything was great at the hotel other than the shuttle service. The driver passed us even we were waving and screaming for him at 2 am while no one was around. Hotel sent him back but he still didn’t care.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert we were going to see. It is very close to the Allstate Arena. We could walk there. The room was nice and I loved that it had a kitchen area with a refrigerator, stove top, coffee maker, and cooking supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also a restaurant in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
