Overall, it was okay. The lock on the bathroom doors did not work. Also, the mini fridge was not working. Lastly, it was noisy as the hotel hosted events late at night while trying to sleep. I was on the 40th floor while the event was hosted on 42nd floor. I felt like I was in a night club. That part was not a great experience with 2 small kids.
