I liked the views of the river and lake. Perhaps more of a breakfast would be nice. (At least it wasn't a motel continental breakfast.) Hotel location is close to the lake, so first part of November, the weather is cold! Google Maps had the address wrong. It's supposed to be East Wacker, not West Wacker, a real problem if you don't know Chicago and are on foot. The hotel is working on it though. Apparently it's not an easy fix.

There was no type of Apps to watch anything on the TV. “Room service” did not include food so what were they going to deliver ? Vale was $82 a night I stayed 2 night and and got charged and extra $250 when it was only supposed to be $164. Will not be going back
