Our AC was not working and had to call multiple times. Was very uncomfortable and staff never offered to move us. Our view was horrible after paying for an upgrade city suite and we had a big white beam blocking our view. Got to the property asked for and early check in they never called us.

I like that you needed to scan a room key to get up to the hotel room floors. The onsite rooftop bar was beautiful and convenient…the caprese flatbread was particularly delicious!

Pros: The people were nice. Good service. Comfy bed. Easy pickup/drop off for Uber. Cons: One of the elevators wasn't working one of the nights. It’s very rundown. Not worth $320 a night. Peeling paint, scratchy towels, only half the jets in the shower head worked, fridge was loud, curtains were threadbare in spots and dirty in my room, A/C was very inconsistent from day to day, rooftop bar was rather loud pretty late at night, one small water provided and that’s it.

The room was nice however the guys at the elevators going up To the rooftop bar were extremely discourteous. We spent about 3k because we had a large group on Friday night. He Aggressively askedfor an I.D. ( even though we’re in our 60’s ) And we were going to go up a second night but I was wearing a cap which we rudely found out was not allowed and the guy basically demanded we go back to our room to get rid of the hat. Instead we decided to take our business elsewhere. It’s not the policy that was the problem it was the delivery of the message.

Elevator’s where down the whole we were there. They only have 2 elevator’s and one did not work! No Accommodation for their inconvenience! I was late to a few prior engagements! Unacceptable !!

Walking distance to River North and all the dining and shopping. Loved this hotel and the location. Adorable design and super clean. The rooftop bar was a plus. Such a great way to end the nights!!!

Great location with wonderful service
Great location in the heart of Chicago. Service at the front desk was great. The bar/restaurant on the 4th floor was very good and atmosphere was terrific. We loved that there was a separate space for the bedroom and living room area. The noise level was a bit high but that seems to be the case with most hotels in the city. We works definitely book here again.
