Book a hotel near Chinatown, Downtown Victoria

"Glad to have hard flooring. Air conditioning worked well. Bed very comfortable. No microwave and tiny recommissioned bar fridge. Had a trip to US recently and now think some form of complimentary breakfast is an expected part of an overnight stay. The toilet is older low and no soft close lid. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel -- you never know quite what you'll get at this price point. Though the facilities are old, the room was kept up and clean, and I was impressed by how well sound-insulated it was from the hallway and neighboring rooms. My room had a little kitchenette which was great, but I'm not sure if that's standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though my needs were minimal. The location really can't be beat. Lots of great stuff on the very same block, but also totally walkable to many of the downtown/waterfront attractions. And extremely easy access to many, many bus lines for roaming farther afield."
