"Staff was super friendly. They didn’t have elevators. They had a restaurant attached to the hotel. It was close to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel was clean. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and so convenient having it in the hotel. Central location providing walking distance access to many San Jose highlights. The room was a bit dark, as a few of the lights weren’t working. We notified the front desk, so hopefully will be much improved for the next guests. There was a great sitting area outside our rooms for the group to gather and discuss plans etc. Very much appreciated! "
