Beautiful Gardens at the New Otani!
We had a wonderful stay at the New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower. The service was top-notch and the gardens were absolutely beautiful—very well-kept and serene. I recommend visiting the gardens at night and during the day to get two different experiences and types of photos. It is conveniently located near the train station and the Imperial Gardens. The rooms were slightly dated but clean and nicely appointed. The restaurants were very overpriced for my taste, but there were plenty of food options nearby.

Property was in a good area, close to trains and restaurants. Restaurants inaide the hotel were unfortunately way over priced. There is a Tully's cafe and Family via garden tower walkway and go down to level 2. Or across the street from the Rolls Royce showroom is a city bakery. Onsite Japanese gardens were lovely. Rooms were musty and smelled stale (old smoke?) But clean! Very good counter staff and luggage staff.

Really good hotel although not super modern if that’s what you are looking for. It is located close by the station and there are plenty of amenities within a short walk. The hotel is in a quieter area of Tokyo which we appreciated at the end of each day. The gardens are lovely. Would recommend.
