Great customer service. while staying at the property, I notice that the shower ceiling has mold, and the water is not hot.ehuvi made it very difficult for me to enjoy a nice shower.

**Disappointing Discrepancy: Gorgeous Online Imagery, Disappointing Reality** I recently booked at Capital O La Huerta, enticed by the captivating images showcased online. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. I ended up NOT staying. The online portrayal of the hotel is a masterpiece of digital enhancement. The images promise a modern, vibrant establishment, yet the reality is a stark contrast. The building itself is aged, lacking the charm and vibrancy depicted in the photographs. The color scheme doesn't match, and the overall ambiance is tired and dated. Moreover, the pricing of the accommodations seems unjustified considering the actual state of the property. While I understand that appearances can sometimes be deceiving, the disparity between the online portrayal and the real-life experience is too vast to overlook. While the staff were polite and accommodating, the disappointment of the disparity between expectation and reality made me leave and not stay, therefore losing my money. I hope that in the future, the hotel will strive for more transparency in its advertising to avoid similar letdowns for other guests. In conclusion, if you're considering a stay at Capital O La Huerta Golf and Hotel, I urge you to temper your expectations based on the online imagery. While the reality may not match the digital fantasy. I am very disappointed.

Excellent service
It's very comfortable and the rooms very clean, the staff is awesome they care you with a special attention, the hotel has a restaurant with a typical food fresh and local beer. Also they get you a special rate if you want play golf or tennis. Very well everything.

Llegué de noche con la reservación y me negaron la habitación reservada ya que no estaba lista y no había cómo alistar, me ofrecían otra opción fuera de lo deseado y decidimos no tomarla adicional a que se argumentó que la habitación reservada era más cara a pesar que yo no tuve nada que ver con el descuento reflejado en la plataforma. Decidí irme.

El hotel está algo retirado del centro si no llevas auto, tiene lugar donde estacionar coches, está muy tranquilo, relajado y cómodo, al día siguiente el desayuno buffet, variado y rico, todos los empleados muy amables.

Para no volver!!!!!
Mala no, malísima experiencia, me cobran de la tarjeta pero me dicen que no está pagado, así que pago en efectivo, menor cantidad por las molestias ocasionadas al no tener agua caliente para poder asearme y no funcionar tampoco el teléfono de la habitación. Hablo con el hotel y me dicen que no me devuelven lo pagado con la tarjeta sino que me devuelven la cantidas que pagué en metálico y yo me pregunto, entonces dónde está la compensación por la falta de agua caliente etc.... bueno a todo esto ellos no volvieron a dar señales de vida, tuve que presentarse en el hotel para que finalmente me pagaran llo depositado en metálico. Asi que mal muy mal, pensando seriamente en denunciar. A todo esto la habitación fría, descuidada, vieja con humedades....
