Upon check in was told there is 100 deposit,that was not on the initial on line payment. First thing in my room had to go to bathroom was no toilet paper at all.tried to call front desk was no directions on phone but I dialed zero no answer so I went back down to front desk asked for paper she looked at me like I wanted to steal the toilet paper and was lying I asked about phone and how to call front desk said she didn't know? I asked about pool towels she said I have to get them at front desk when I asked for 2 towels again acted as if I was going to steal them.when exit the elevator on 3rd floor it's uneven I tripped twisting my ankle went to advertised heated pool and it was freezing cold. Left for late lunch came back to eat in my room housekeeping was right in front of my door where there was 6 men sitting outside my room in a circle this made me felt unsafe. Took a bath from sitting in tub you could see black dark ring in toilet this was not from just one time of improper cleaning disgusting.when I went to make coffee in room pot had not been cleaned and still had last use grounds in it. The tv was unplugged had to figure that out.I still hadn't complained until upon check. out was told to wait for housekeeping report then he said you have stained bedding and it would cost 75 I said how much to buy new he said he didn't know. I have stayed at a lot of properties this was the worst, stressful experience I've ever had. Filed complaint with BBB and learned this is pattern

Lobby & front desk worker were pleasant; don't be misled, that's where the niceties stop. Dirty, aged hotel in need of updating. First room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, alternative room provided upon request. Second room was a little musty, but bearable. Lots of road noise, filthy carpet (no bare feet); beds were comfortable.

I knew it wasn’t going to be excellent because it was cheap deal but I did expect maybe little courtesy for cleaning room for three night stay and apologize for the false fire alarm at 4am. My children were so scared and begged me not to stay Saturday night so we checked out Saturday morning 10:15, I did ask if I could get refund but they called me left message that their manager said no. I wouldn’t recommend for families, my children didn’t feel comfortable or safe.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean and the front desk lady was nice and professional, my only issue was that the fire alarm went off at 4:30am in my room scared me out of my sleep and also the fact that you're deposit isn't refunded for 3-5 business which I didn't know until after my stay
