"My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. The room was nice and clean and quiet, we picked further down the end of the hall and it was wonderful. It was very close to everything we needed during our stay and didn't have to walk at much."

"The room was clean, functional, and as described. Service was excellent, efficiently run. Parking was included, and good coffee in the morning. Didn't have the breakfast but continental if you wanted. Good location to cruise Cincinnati's OTR district. "

"It was a truly marvelous place to stay--within walking distance of places I wanted to visit. Very spacious suite. Wonderful breakfast choices. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. My only problem was that I was cold--until I finally found the thermostat! (I'm not used to that in a hotel room.) Really appreciated having so many charging station options!"

"The property was located close to downtown Cincinatti. It's an older property, however, The hotel and room was clean, neat and the staff was very, very accommodating. I would stay at the hotel again."
