"There was nothing about this place not to like. The staff were super helpful, creative in their daily activities, kind and thoughtful. The grounds were immaculate and the food at the restaurants was well priced and quality products. You didn’t need to step foot out of the property if you’re looking for a place suitable for total r and r. "

"The hotel location is great, close to the beach and airport. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good with many options. The rooms are clean, however the furnitures need some upgrading. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy (needs new one). Otherwise, the hotel was reasonable for the price we paid for."

"Overall excellent with the local amenities like a short walking distance to Kuta beach, Mall and mainly Waterbomb. Rooms were clean, facility to fill up clean filtered water. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose. Hot food buffet was very helpful with option to choose direct from chef’s pan including Omlette, pancake, French toast, Roasted chicken and waffles. The staff was working so hard to top up food, cutlery and cleaning the table for other Guests and to accommodate their needs. We always had warm welcome with a lovely smile from everyone in the hotel from check in until check out. Beds were comfortable too :) They all were cheerful and trying to help people as much as they could. Overall we are happy with all the facilities provided to the guests and would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again next year 😊 Thank you. Terima Kasiah 🙏"
