Surprised for amount paid per night wasn’t as luxurious as I had paid for 3 nights in a Singapore hotel. Staff got order wrong in the restaurant after specifically saying no mushrooms and second time added mayo when it wasn’t listed on the ingredients. Gave up trying to change order. Also manager chastised staff member very close to me about having booked three weekends in a row. Thought this could have been done elsewhere. Tv reception was awful and kept cutting out then off for several minutes. Wasn’t easy to work out room amenities or how to access things. Limited information and had to ask if water in fridge was complimentary. The bathroom toiletries were similar to a budget hotel. Is a good location but wouldn’t stay again for the overall price.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was spacious, clean and cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is stylish and modern. The hotel bar is ideal to have a drink or even a meal after a long day exploring Dublin!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel met all of our expectations. It is very conveniently located with lots of pubs and restaurants around. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and if we needed a taxi, they were easy to arrange. The room was spacious, comfortable, and most important - quiet and clean. For the price we paid it was the perfect place. We would definitely stay again.

The room are so quiet despite in the middle of a very hustling neighborhood. The front desk was able to check me into a room when I arrived with an early flight in the day. Super helpful with an international jet lag. Beddings were very comfy.

Quick visit during a long layover and the Grafton was fabulous! We came in at 1 am and are leaving at 4:45pm so we had a lovely nights sleep, a proper breakfast and walked to the Temple Bar and surrounding pubs for a fun afternoon before heading back to the airport. Close to Stephens Green for a morning walk and coffee. Lovely all around.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The location could not be more convenient to get to all major sites. Everyone from the concierge to the breakfast team and the front desk were so friendly and unbelievably accommodating. I stayed in one of the family rooms with the bunkbeds and it was very comfortable and clean.

We arrived at the property and were immediately greeted and allowed to enter our room early. The staff helped us with suggestions for tour guides to take us around and make wonderful restaurant suggestions as well. Overall this was a wonderful experience and the staff made it even better.

Excellent location within walking distance to sites, shopping, restaurants,etc. The rooms were nice but there weren’t any closets or dressers to unpack so I had to live out of the suitcase for my entire for night stay.

My favorite hotel in Dublin
This was my 3rd time staying and was treated like a long-lost friend. I come to Dublin a lot and used to have a favorite hotel nearby that costs twice as much as The Grafton. Suffice to say, I have a new favorite hotel in Dublin.
