Lovely boutique-type hotel, within a short walk from Baker Street underground station, yet in a quiet residential area. Loads of chain and independent restaurants in the next street for food options. Hotel itself was very nice. Check-in was easy, staff were very polite and informative and our room was ready early. The family room we had was clean and recently refurbished with a good size bathroom and comfortable beds. Whilst the bedroom itself was not big, it was adequate size and prefectly fine for 1-2 nights stay for 4 people if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the room. Good in-room facilities - free water, kettle and coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, robes and a TV. Good options for the self-service breakfast - cooked breakfast, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit with nice coffee/hot chocolate. Staff were happy to store our bags after checkout so we could do some sight-seeing. Would defnitely stay here again as it was good value for a room for 4 people.

The worst stay ever
This was a horrible experience and the worst stay I’ve ever had through hotels.com. I went into my room and the carpet was soaking wet, all of my luggage was soaked from setting it on the floor. I had to talk to them about trying to change my room but none was available. The smoke alarm went off in the morning in my room, waking me with a blaring sound. There was no body towel available, so I had to shower and dry off with a hand towel. The room also had a big window and when I woke up in the morning there were workers from the restaurant outside my window. I would never stay here again. Horrible start to finish.

This hotel was in an excellent location - a very short walk from the Baker Street tube station with many shops and amenities in Paddington and Marylebone within close walking distance. Our triple room on the ground floor had three single beds and the room itself was quite small. There wasn’t much room to navigate and we had to put our luggage on the bed to unpack. The room had a closet with storage and a small desk, but it was a tight fit for three people. The bathroom in our room was quite large with a nice shower. The room had A/C so the temperature was comfortable (but the thermostat would only go down to 19C). The English breakfast was nice - there were eggs, ham, sausages, beans, tomatoes and a variety of cereal, pastries and yogurt.

Great location for Baker Street and Regent’s Park and tube station at end of the street. Restaurants shops all just round the corner. Enjoyed our stay in triple room. Super comfy beds and linen. Enjoyed the lovely bathroom, robes and White Company toiletries. Staff very friendly. Would stay again. Breakfast bit limited but tasty and didn’t realise could buy cold drinks and sweets from hotel reception until saw sign on check out. Didn’t see information sheet in room. hooks in bathroom please for our 3 towels or tobes but heated towel rail was great.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel. A few minor maintenance issues hence only 4 star review. Rooms small (as expected in London) but very clean & comfortable. Friendly staff & nice breakfast with good quality ingredients & good selection.
