The property was nice, modern and well maintained. However, I was not prepared at how bare the Cocoon rooms were. No windows, closets, desk, chair or nightstand furnishings. Just the bed and a ledge at the headboard for charging small electronics. There was a sink but no counter. The shower & bathroom are open plan with no ledges for personal bath products. It is likely great for economy travelers, but if you like furnishings and amenities, this is not the hotel for you. There was a cafe and gym in the basement and connected to restaurants & pubs. Staff was very pleasant.

the hotel is in a very good location theater land Cinemas shopping dinning but we were put in the room that next to the disco so the walls were so noisy till three in the morning before we could sleep we would not consider to go back in the future due to the confusion from the reception it is the good hotel but very bad administration

Gave us a handicap room on the 2nd floor without any furnishings. No where to even place a bag or glass of water. A loud band/music kept us awake until 3am when they finally stopped playing. It was clean and the bed comfortable but overall we were underwhelmed with our stay.

They didn’t have the rooms we booked and bumped us to accessible rooms- that had nowhere at all to place items such as phones, accessories etc. The towels on the bed had hairs on them. Then we were kept awake until 4am by the music coming from the bar/club that we assume must have been in the next building.

Charged twice. Paid at point of booking in full, yet on morning of check in date was charged £191.29. Majority of hotel staff didn’t care at all, said issue with Expedia and not their problem, yet the second payment was from the hotel. Still not resolved after check out. One hotel staff member laughed at the issue. Room was tired and mould in grouting. Tap only worked intermittently. Location of hotel was fantastic for exploring! Sadly due to other issues, won’t be returning.

Wireless was good. Room was good. Be advised, there are no displays/tvs in the room or tables/chairs. The business center in the basement was excellent (power and really strong:fast wireless), but pretty packed throughout the day and night.
