The front desk staff is top notch and the hotel is clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the mini fridge was loud and annoying but I just unplugged it and it was fine.

The good: Great location near the airport, very friendly helpful staff, clean/updated room, great restaurant next door, bar in the lobby, live music in the lobby, better than average breakfast. The bad: They didn't clean our room so we came home to wet towels on the floor (thereby damp air) and unmade bed. We were exhausted and had to sit outside while the front desk staff remade the bed and swapped out towels because housekeeping wasn't on site. The shower is low flow and it's walk-in only so rinsing shampoo from hair is an all day affair. The bathroom sink clogged. The room was on the ground floor so we couldn't open the blinds at all as people walked by a few times. The price was way too high for North Olmsted, Ohio.

A great hotel that is clean and safe. Most staff members were very nice except for the shuttle driver… he never greeted me and acted very upset that he had to take me to the airport even though I had my name placed on the schedule the day before. When dropping me at the airport he never said one word. Other than the shuttle driver it was a great stay.
