I had mold in my suite it was dirty I took pics and showed it to the front desk and is waiting on my refund . They told me to call Travelocity and give them the lady name I talked to at the hotel for refund

Wonderful experience overall - hotel seemed on the newer side and well kept. The staff was friendly, even allowing for early check in since they had a room available. Id recommend to anyone visiting Cleveland looking for a good value and centrally located. Night near the baseball stadium

Nice for the price!
For the price, the room was surprisingly nice, clean, and comfortable. Had to pay for valet parking and breakfast, but it worked out well. Only 1 elevator working and some damage in the bathroom, but I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place looks so fancy in pictures, sure! At the end of the day it was basically a cardboard box of a room in terms of size and sound quality! Im saying if someone sneezed four rooms down, you could simply say bless you and they'd thank you. If someone was walking down the road on the opposite side, you could hear their footsteps.

Parking is the worst. They force valet but under staff that department. There during a huge double event and half the street was blocked. I had to pay for over night parking because i could not physically get to the valet line.

Anniversary Trip
Our stay overall was good. I would stay here again but would think twice about valet. We had multiple incidents with valet service. The wait was always long. There is a sign to give 15 minutes but that was definitely exceeded. The last morning they couldn’t “find” our car. We were headed to the airport and gave extra time for the valet since the week wait times were really long. On one occasion we were coming back tot he hotel and the valet, there was o my one for about 20 cars and we needed to wait. The sweet Front Desk Manager helped us out so we could get the the baseball game. The valet needs improved. Now on to the room. It was very clean, perfect for two. The bed was comfortable and noise level and black room was great for us. We did have a scare on the 2nd day there we were in our room in the afternoon and housekeeping came in but saw us there and quickly left. We got a call from the front desk saying we had been checked out of the hotel and the housekeeping was coming to clean. I was panicked since we had four more nights on our stay. I asked if we could book a room and she said they were full. I pulled up my reservation and it was correct for our full stay. I showed the Front Desk and she fixed the reservation. Someone on their end had checked us out early. We were able to stay. Thank goodness. Over than that we had a phenomenal stay. The Headliner breakfast buffet was good. The location to the ballpark and restaurants was perfect for when we didn’t have a rental.

This hotel is stunning and extremely clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. Only down fall is don’t valet park your car unless you want to wait 45-75 mins to get your vehicle.

Pros- very nice staff, easy check in and check out, very quiet. Beautiful decor, clean room, everything worked. Cons-parking...we used valet for almost $100 for two days because there were no other options. We thought we could park on the street until we saw a car being towed. And you can't park overnight in the garage across the street. Hats off to the valet staff. One man was taking care of parking and retrieving the cars and was very busy. He did a great job. Cons- the food. We got breakfast for three people, very basic food that was not good, undercooked eggs, nothing superior, and we paid $60. Apparently the coffee was $5 per cup and was not good. Maybe lower the prices or improve the food. Cons- no microwave in the room and the AC was loud. In general, I am glad we stayed there so our son could walk to the Fieldhouse, and the staff at the hotel was wonderful! Just a few things listed above could improve a stay.

Great location, amazing service, beautiful hotel
Service was top notch. Donnie was extremely flexible with the valet service, Jonathon was great for local info, and Michael set the tone at check-in. I visited this hotel in order to scout and evaluate for my upcoming bachelor/bachelorette party next June. Hotel Indigo completely fits the bill and I will be reaching out to their sales associate to start making plans for our celebration. Highly recommend this hotel. Despite being so close to the baseball stadium and concert venues, the team at Indigo does all they can to make the guest experience as frictionless as possible
