First off had to pay additional $25 when arriving. The pool water didn’t work. Not enough blankets. Stayed up because found out after arrived property known for vehicle break ins. A lady was loud yelling about a boyfriend across the hall from me.

Hotel personnel came to knock the door at 7am for no reason. There was a fight in the parking lot, people from parking lot yelling at another person in the second floor for 30 minutes.

the staff was very friendly, but the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we booked it. the pool opened up for the last night of our stay and it was freezing cold. the breakfast wasn’t that great, beds were really firm.

Terribly noisy everywhere! Large group of girl dance competition on each floor. Even the adults were incredibly loud! Slamming doors and carrying on everywhere you went. You couldn’t enjoy breakfast because it was such commotion and noisy. We were close to asking an adult, if they realized they were in a public space. Such disrespect for others. We feel the staff should have ask a manager to say something to the adults. You couldn’t even get in/out of the building. They didn’t even attempt to move to let you through. We have never experienced such rudeness at a hotel before. Breakfast was horrible. No muffins for gravy, scrambled eggs & sausage/gravy was cold. Juice machine was broke. Need bananas, apples some fruit. No water availability. We are not coffee/tea drinkers. No ice available. Ice machines on floor were empty, possibly from dancers filling coolers, not sure. A gentleman came to the front desk to get a little baggie of ice for his wife’s back that was bothering her, and no ice was available in the whole building. The facility was very clean. Very nice decor, furnishings.
