From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff—Allan, Sol, and Anna—went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. They were welcoming, attentive, and accommodating in every way. I especially appreciated their kindness in allowing me to check out a bit late after my spa treatment ran over. I felt so bad about the delay, but they assured me it was no issue at all, which truly exemplified their exceptional hospitality. One of the most memorable parts of my stay was waking up to the soft sound of rain in the rainforest. It was so peaceful and serene—an experience that truly allowed me to disconnect and embrace the natural beauty of the surroundings. The restaurant at Noah’s Forest was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of beautifully prepared dishes that exceeded my expectations. A special shout-out to Arlan and Adrian, who were phenomenal. Their kindness, warmth, and professionalism truly brought the “Pura Vida” spirit to life. They made every dining experience memorable, and their outstanding service added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip.
