Pros Staff were all lovely Location was great for public transport with trains, taxis and metro available on the doorstep Beautiful art deco style building Decent breakfast buffet Cons This is a very noisy property, with regular noise and vibrations from the trains. Not recommended for light sleepers. Small rooms Breakfast buffet was chaotic when we tried to eat at the same time as a coach party - we got turfed out of our seats twice due to people saving tables for their friends. Not very well organised.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. As such, you hear trains, people, and cars coming and going at all times, so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The rooms are a good size, clean, and comfortable. There is a luggage room to store luggage. The outside of the hotel is very drab. You wouldnt think that the inside was nice by looking at the outside. Breakfast was a good variety.

Perfect location
Good clean hotel in the center of town. Everything is walking distance. Hotel offers a nice breakfast and a bar. The rooms were comfortable not huge to north american standards but for europe plenty big.

Fantastic location excellent service.
The hotel is located a short 30 second walk from the main train station in copenhagen. It is in the center of copenhagen close to everything you would want to see. All the staff at the hotel were amazing they all speak English which everyone does in Denmark. Thr rooms wete on the smaller size when compared to north american rooms but for Europeen standards they were perfect. Their resturant had a bit of everything i never went hungry.

Nice hotel but needs more breakfast space!
Very convenient for the station and had some nice original features linking to its history. Room very small but fine for a night or two. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. Liked breakfast but major issue with space, had to queue for a table. Not good and affected overall experience.

Modern shower door with half glass door is not practical. It is extremely poor design. The bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. You should change the shower door for full enclosure. It is a risk hazard and not very environment friendly.

Fantastic location
Lots of charm in this hotel! My daughter and I were in Copenhagen for one night, and this hotel was incredibly convenient. Great breakfast as well. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!
