I book the penthouse king room that is the high room they have and it was not good because it doesn’t has a microwave and there is no Smart TV The shampoo no good and no, any bottle of water👎

There is much better for similar price points
The hotel staff if great, very friendly and helpful. The building has had better days. Its run down, our room looked out to a roof and another run down building, nothing inspiring. The pile of old mattresses out back suggested they are renovating but again was not great. The hot tub jets are very weak and the sound of the skytrain passing every 6 minutes made it hard to have a relaxing swim in their outdoor pool. Overall the hotel served its purpose but the pictures are deceiving.

A really lovely hotel to stay at with family for a good price. Room was big and spacious, beds were comfy and their breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes! Will be happy to stay here again.
