"Every space in this room was designed for comfort of use and access. The room controls for electronic window shades, the thermostat and lights were all convenient, easy to see and use, and in perfect working order. The bathroom was well lit and included a magnifying wall mounted mirror, a comfortable double handled spray shower, a large countertop with soaps, lotion and shampoo, and a nice exhaust fan. The multi-channel tv was large, easy to use and provided twice the number of channels as most hotels offer. We had sufficient drawer and closet for clothing storage, and even enough hangers, which is rare. Complementing the fine features was a helpful cheerful staff, available to address any questions or issues very pleasantly. The price of the room was less than many hotels offer and had far more updated and better maintained features. My only suggestion would be to consider a sturdier, larger coffeemaker in the room (would be easier to use and less likely to cause spills), but the coffee was good anyway and the housekeeping staff was happy to replenish the coffee and tea at all times. This is the type of service and comfort we wish every hotel would provide at a reasonable price."
