We arrived at 3:55 and there were no rooms ready. We went back 3 times before a king room was available. The room that we got was not the room we paid for, we booked a king suite and were given a regular king room. Apparently we weren’t the only people that had to wait so long to get a room. I did like the casino - lots of fun games to play!

We highly enjoyed our stay at Mardi Gras. The highlight was our renovated room. Super nice! Big, new, and convenient to casino. Low point; continental breakfast. Very little choices. Food in casino was just ok. Staff was friendly. Pool closed for renovation...bummer!

Reservations don't help

Reserved a handicap accessible with a roll in shower and when we got to our room there was no roll in shower as advertised. I called the front desk and they said they fave all the handicap roll in shower rooms away. I specifically reserved one why did you give it away? Whatvis thevpoint of reservations if they are going to give the room away.
