"This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. We had to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful and polite. "
