Our spacious 5 bdrm + 3 baths home, meticulously designed by Aya Bling Home. With plenty of common space to hang, wine and dine, our wonderful property is ideal for large families or groups. Wherever/whatever your heart desires, we’ve got you covered; our home is only minutes away from Dallas' most vibrant bars and restaurants!
The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
This executive home features 5 bedrooms + 3 full bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, an expansive dining room, and an open-concept living area. Directly from your beautiful living room, you are lead to your very own private patio and free-form POOL!
This beautiful estate home will make you feel as if you’re staying in your own boutique hotel: hip artwork lines the walls, modern, chic furniture adorns the rooms, while the grounds will leave you wanting to play more.
Each bedroom features a unique sleeping arrangement, sure to please even the fussiest of guests:
The master bedroom has one king bed, a smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has one queen bed.
The third bedroom has one queen bed (this room will be opened only for groups of 12+ guests).
The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds.
The large fifth bedroom has two queen beds and one bunk bed - perfect for a whole family.
Our backyard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Better yet, enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. The garage + driveway can easily fit 4 cars, in addition to plenty of free parking available on the street.
As I’m sure you have gathered by now, we’ve done all the hard work so you can simply kick back, relax, and enjoy your perfect vacation.
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning back yard and the amenities the home has to offer.
Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in North Dallas: a quick jaunt from the Sherrill park golf course, a scenic park that connects to biking and hiking trails, perfect for walking, jogging, or just pushing the kids around in a stroller. We are within walking distance from the City Line shopping mall with Whole Foods and Starbucks amongst many other favorites and Eismann Center of performing arts. We are less than 10 minutes away from UTD, 15 minutes west of the Willow Bend mall and shops at Legacy; directly east you’ll find the city of Sachse and the famous Firewheel shopping center.
As you can see, location really is everything – you’ll find yourself within just a few minutes from everything your heart could desire.
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.
Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★
We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ TOWELS NOTE ★
Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.
★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★
The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 004114 issued by the City of Richardson.
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
