Everything about our stay was wonderful! Our flight was delayed until the next day and we were so tired and frustrated. We decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt and it was awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing us with toiletries that were in our checked luggage. The room was very nice and felt upscale. The restaurant was excellent. The food and service were outstanding. When we checked out, Deanna went above and beyond by getting me a wheelchair and taking me down to security. She was so pleasant and set such an upbeat mood for the day. THANK YOU!!
