Front desk clerk could use a lesson in friendliness and professionalism. Hot tub and pool were closed and nothing on their website indicated this. The front desk clerk didn't even say anything about it. Ice maker was not working on second floor. Our key wasn't programmed correctly and we had to make a second trip back to main desk where the clerk said " I think it will work now." Room was clean, bathroom needs maintenance. Breakfast was nice.

It was so clean and well maintained. The room was fabulous. Patricia at the front desk was so focused on guest services and making sure that each guest was happy with their stay.

Staff was not friendly or inviting at all. Everything was broke (hot tub, treadmills, elevator etc) room had a weird smell. Not worth $200 AT ALL. Won’t be back unless it’s comped for the experience.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air for us. We had a bad experience when we booked a different hotel, so we booked this one right away to stay the night and the staff was so welcoming when we came in! The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was great!

The Fairfield Inn was clean and in good condition, but starting to look a little old inside. I would rate our stay as safe, quiet, and clean. The hotel was also conveniently located (i.e., easily walkable) to several restaurants (including Culvers, one of our favorites). We would stay here again.
