The mattress has mold so they cover it with bed sheets. The front desk looks beautiful but once you enter your room, it is way too different (in the bad way). The floor condition of hotel was poor to medium. The room was smaller than they described from app. In my opinion, if you looking for cheap hotel, then this is.

Good buffet. Kitchen staffs were helpful. Front desk gentleman gave a tiny room that's not what I reserved, and paid in advance. He corrected after I told him so.

Originally hard to find, turns out the sign in front of the building is different than the main photo shown on the web site. Great location within hotelrow, close to market and within walking to downtown core. Helpful staff, good sized room and quite affordable - chose a room without a window, but worked well when you can exhaust the air from the room.

The nearby restaurants and coffee shops made walking at meal time a very short excursion. I frequently visited Taco Del Sol! I heard a few construction noises while in my room but don’t think it ever interfered with sleep or TV watching.

The staff are great but the management is very bad. We booked for stayed 10 days but on the 7 days they are cancel our booking without notice and put the price up. I did talk to the manager and they offered us to look for another hotels somewhere with may have a cheaper room. I never see any rules like this anywhere in the world . We end up moving out another hotel with cost us a lots more with taxis and short notice booking charges this is make our lives upside down,we are on vacation and don’t need something like this I hoping any traveling out there before you booking staying at Sunrise central h c m city think twice . I recommend this is the worst management and I will never come back to stay at this hotel again Sunrises central Ho Chi Minh City.
