"Firstly, friendly and helpful staff who is good in English. The room is clean and comfy. Environment is great as it is walking distance to shopping centers, cafes and more importantly, local street food! Message place is also near by. But have to Googled just in case. I don't really need to travel far to experience Penang. "

"Our stay was wonderful. Room was clean and has toiletries and slippers in case you forgot them at home. We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang. On the hotels.com description it says close to shopping Center which I think is referring to Time square however that mall is closed. There are other shopping areas just a little farther away.
