I feel pretty duped by this hotel. On the website it looks quite nice and modern, but when you arrive it is basically an old dingy feeling motel with some very minor cosmetic upgrades. It was quite upsetting and disappointing. You have to pay 35$ per night for parking that is completely unsecured, and the rooms don't feel particularly safe. There is also no lockbox provided to secure your belongings in the room. They don't clean the room at all unless you pay a sizeable additional fee per day AND notify them in advance, which is completely unacceptable. The rooms are also all paper thin for some reason, it sounded like the people in the next room were in our room. If this hotel was half the price, it would be a decent deal. As is there is no reason to really stay here other than location, but there are much better actual hotels near by that are closer to Broadway with amenities to offer that will be much safer and offer a better experience around the same price.

Beautiful spot close to everything
Loved the anytime checkin options with mobile checkin. Really enjoyed the amenities (on-site bar, coffee shop) and the incredible location to downtown. Really liked the design and comfort of the entire property, slept great!

There is no front desk. Everything is done with phone. Parking was a bit confusing, girl in store on premises helped us. Room was small, but was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom fully stocked. The room worked great for us. Just be aware there is no phone, no clock, no drawers for clothing, no closets, no key, no front desk, no comfy chair.

The room was tiny and there is no service available. The only employees are the barista and bartender at separate times. It is a very different from what we expect in a hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioner did not blow cold air and you could see the dust on the condenser.

The property and the room were very clean. The location was perfect in terms of walk ability to the Broadway area. The check-in process was very efficient and unique. The room was a bit small but we did not spend much time there so it was not an issue for us. There was not a safe or an iron and ironing board. We would have liked to have had both of these in the room.

Won’t be returning. Too expensive! $35 a night to park your vehicle is ridiculous especially after $300 for the night. I already paid for the room. With no front desk, it made it difficult to find items that are typically available at hotels, like ice machines (none on property) or even more coffee or sugar. After finally checking the bar for help, an employee had to go somewhere with a key to get ice and more condiments. The employees appeared out of no where to tell us we couldn’t smoke/vape outside in front of our door. Had to go alllllllll the way down to the bar area to smoke/vape despite being outside. Like, seriously, we stepped out, she lit her cigarette and less than 15 seconds some guy ran up repeating “You can’t smoke here!” Over and over with his hands waving. Idiot burnt himself on her cigarette waving his hands in the air. Dude almost hit her. That wouldn’t have been good for him. This place thinks it’s better than what it is. Overpriced. Underserved. I recommend you find somewhere else. I guarantee you’ll find something better for your money. I guarantee you’ll thank me for this review.
