Our group recently stayed here for two nights. Absolutely the nicest, most helpful staff anywhere. Sherry at the front desk was amazing, as was the lady who drove the shuttle to Broadway ( sorry I can’t recall her name). Rooms were spotless, location was good and the shuttle service was a definite A .

Great hotel to stay outside of downtown. Right near the stadium for the NFL and easy enough to walk. Free shuttle bus to and from downtown which was great. Hotel was clean and very comfortable

I had a reservation for this property believing it was the Vanderbilt stadium which is also an IHG property. When I searched on the Hotels.com website for the vanderbilt stadium it gave me the Downtown property by the Titan stadium. Unfortunately I didn't know the difference. Upon arriving at the vanderbilt property I found I didn't have a reservation. I was able to get a room. However my reservation was no change so I ended up paying for both hotels. I emailed the Downtown stadium property to explain but have never received a reply.

2nd time here sine March when it was a Clarion. Quick friendly check in. Room clean n ready. Angel takes care of you at breakfast and Kevin the shuttle driver super friendly. Great location to shuttle to broadway. Free parking now but breakfast is extra. Nice bartender and food is available although no restaurant yet.
