I would have given the property 5 stars but for the service issue. It is close to the Arch, walkable to Busch Stadium and restaurants. We felt safe and had no issues with getting where we needed to go. What was unfortunate is that we are a married couple and the hotel was not full yet we were booked into a two bed room without a king bed option. Then, we asked for towels and turnover of the room on the third night. After room service came through, the trash was full, towels left in the bathtub and a few clean towels left stacked on the counter. The place was good. The service was bad.

Perfect location
Perfect location to visit The Arch and Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village. Once we parked the car, we didn't need to get back in it till we were ready to leave for home. Hotel staff at check-in and check-out were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was great, nicely furnished. Only comment is the vinyl padded headboard on the wall was a little flaky from where people have leaned against it sitting up in the bed, then the flaky vinyl sticks to your head (or pillow if you put it up to lean against) and gets on the pillowcase, which is kind of gross. And the design of the shower door, collects water so when you open the door to get out of shower, all the water spills out onto the floor and makes a pretty big puddle. But We'd still stay here again!

Spacious rooms, clean, quiet hotel. Very convenient for both walking and driving. Across from the arch, which was great. Has a Starbucks, but also, the restraint will sell you a delicious coffee to go- no wait!

Great place to stay near the Arch and Stadium
Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and very on top of things for the property. The rooms are clean and clearly well maintained. The food in the in house restaurants is good. However the breakfast buffet is wonderful if a little expensive. They are also right across the street from the old St. Louis Courthouse which is a nice attraction however it is currently closed for renovation. My only complaint is that sometimes people will try and bum money and smokes off of you if you go out any of the side exits. However this isn't a huge issue and the staff seemed to manage it well.

The staff and accommodations were excellent. We loved being able to walk out the front door and go straight to the Gateway Arch. The staff was very polite and attentive. We highly recommend!

I was attending a concert but it was postponed due to a Hurricane and rain. I attempted to call the hotel as soon as I found out. They would not refund any of the money.
