I have stayed there so many times, but the new staff they are not very helpful especially the duty manager being a hotel.com Gold member they refuse to give me a upgrade as they said only for their own customers booking through their website, plus the small pillows in the bedrooms had really bad stains on them and the towels were very old

The Majestic Hotel has several equipment issues, including non-functional fridge, old TV with only analog channels, and an electric water heater that provides only a few minutes of hot water. The noisy AC made it difficult to sleep at night. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke. Additionally, for a 24-floor hotel, having only two lifts led to long wait times, especially during breakfast. The hotel caters heavily to tourists from India, with Indian-flavored dishes and music in all restaurants and bars, The Majestic Hotel's old equipment needs refurbishment, as they are not functioning properly. Additionally, the smoke detector kept alarming throughout the night, causing inconvenience. The only advantage was the free valet parking.

I liked the location of the property as it was convinient. Not so much liked the quality of service, unless I was asking for more than that type of hotel should provide. There was a mishap done by housekeepers but the upper management didn't do what it took for a come back game.
