"Had lovely stay with our family in 3 bedroomed apartment. Lovely suprise to be offered upgrade after long flight. Lovely friendly staff. Spotless. So close to The Walk & beach. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. "

"I am hard to please. I’m notorious for it. But this trip to this hotel was brilliant. From the moment we checked in with supervisor Heba, to the check out, it was fantastic. I will be back. Simply put, I never do that. The Irish pub, the Tiki restaurant, the buffet, the spa, the salon all of it brilliant. Everyone warm and welcoming and so friendly and kind."

"JA Ocean View is a super hotel in a great location on The Walk. The staff are really amiable and are willing to go the extra mile. The traffic around The Walk is really heavy at times so it can be very noisy. Overall though would recommend."

"All good. The only challenge was that at peak breakfast time it was difficult to get a coffee to table, so maybe need to work out a way to make coffee delivery quicker"
