"I had no problem with the hotel. Very accommodating, and the room had everything I need. Only issues are not to do with the hotel. Building work opposite and abulance sirens every night. There was a slight inconvenience due to the restaurant and bar being renovated and not open, but it wasn't peek time so I completely understood. Finding nice food in Dudley itself is a challenge, but luckily, I was visiting friends. Nice hotel. Lots of history. Lovely Building and friendly staff."

"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal from the house where the WiFi was. There was a phone mast literally 200yards away so phone data speeds was more than adequate for what we required. The adjacent main road could be a bit noisy if you aren't used it."
