"Friendly, helpful staff. Good hot breakfast with lots of variety. Comfortable bed. My only gripe is that there's only one power outlet in the room and it's the opposite side of the room from the bed. My wife and I like to sit in bed and use our computers and also charge our mobile phones near where we're sleeping."

"The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. At the end we only used 1 room. Also there are mice in the property. I'm sorry, but the owners need to take a better care of their properties, especially before guests coming. "

"The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham visiting friends so the hotel location was perfect for us. "

"We LOVE staying at this hotel. The staff are all amazing- from the hospitality to the fitness team. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is clean with a lively homely feel. The gym and pool area are great too, and we will definitely be returning. Big shout out to Nathan who is so helpful and a genuinely lovely member of the team."
