Went to check in, room key wouldn’t work went downstairs got a new room went to open it and it was dirty. Again went downstairs got ANOTHER. room and then had issues with the shower drain. Overall staff nice but wouldn’t stay here again.

The customer service at this property is awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite that was very spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. There is a pool and hot tub as well as an exercise room. The breakfast in the morning had lots of choices including waffles, eggs, sausage and so much more. It was just a short drive to the places we wanted to go in Duluth. There was some uphill and downhill driving which I didn't mind. This is a very nice hotel that was reasonably priced compared to others I checked out.

This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly during our stay. It is right across the street from Miller Hill Mall and lots of other stores and restaurants. Not really close to the waterfront, but you have a car, right?
