The room was clean and comfortable. Finding which outside entrance to use was difficult - no outside room numbers. Hallway floors were littered. People hanging around parking lots were scary - felt unsafe!

This is a great location in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Shares parking lot with Corktown Deli which has a 8-10pm Happy Hour! The room is newly remodeled with a “bedbug free” design which I can get behind! The front desk staff was very friendly and made fresh coffee often!

We were very disappointed in our stay. The stairs and hall were dirty and gross? The shower curtain rod was hardly attached to the wall and would not hold the curtain up. The room was dirty and gross. The bed you could feel every spring. The employee at the desk was very rude to the customers before us as well as us. We paid $217.00 for one night which was ridiculous. Breakfast not included. We will not stay here again.

Found a long black hair on shower wall. No carpet in room. Spilled some water and when we wiped it up, the towels turned black. Pillows very thin. Came with 3 in the room. When asked for another, they were out. Bed was not comfortable. It was like a bed you’d see in a dorm room. Bathroom sink is outside the bathroom next to the entry door. Very strange.
