A little out of town but that suited me perfectly for the reason I was there. The setting and gardens are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Quiet, clean and well equipped. If traveling with a dog there is a specified, fenced, off lead area which is just fantastic. This was my third stay and I will definitely stay again.

This is a unique rural property, in a nice setting. It had lots of space, clean and the roses were off the hook. We had a nice meal in town, at a place the proprietor recommended.

Our cabin was so very nice and quiet. Was very surprised with the full size oven and 4 burner stove top. The peace and quiet was delightful. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for being very welcoming and helping us with the flat on our rental car.

I have stayed at Longbourne multiple times before. Enjoy coming back each it. Love the rural setting the peace and quiet. The owners are lovely, friendly and accommodating. Tehe units are modern, warm and functional. Unfortunately after days and days of rain the grounds were sodden on this occasion and I didnt explore the gardens and grounds this trip. Will be back. Thanks

A lovely setting, great views and warm and cosy. The lighting outside the door was not very good though. It was a bit tricky locking and unlocking in the dark. Cute little lights down the path though. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend to friends and family.

Longbourne lodge was in such a peaceful setting. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our accommodation where everything was fantastic. The kitchen is well equiped and the lodge had everything we needed. Great stay, well run and I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay on the edge of Mosgiel
Great place - a hidden gem and so good to be able to have fur babies stay with you too. Wonderful units with everything you need and more. Close to town although far enough away that you feel like you’re in the country.

This is the second time we have stayed and generally, we were not disappointed. The studio unit was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom could do with a deep clean to the floor and surfaces but this is a busy time if year, so that maybe the issue.
