Hilton’s free shuttle service until 1:00 AM from the airport was an VERY important factor in choosing this hotel over others in the area. Our flight arrived at the MSP airport around 10:20 PM. When we called the hotel to request a pickup we were told the shuttle service did not run past 10:00 PM! We questioned the staff about this the next morning, and was told the official Hilton online shuttle times (4:00 AM - 1:00 AM daily) were 7-years out of date and inaccurate. As a result, we were forced to take a $35.00 Uber! Needless to say, we were very disspointed.

If you value customer service, pass on this hotel.
Good price , clean and comfortable. Airflow in room not so good. What really turned me off was the staff. Honestly non complacent and borderline rude. Did not know how to treat guests like customers in the most basic form such as conversation or even eye contact. I will not stay here again as there are a lot of options near by with similar price range.
