The place was ok. We checked in very late, but for some reason 2 housekeepers knocked on the door and came into our room to wipe down the bathroom sink. Then when I went into the bathroom there was a black viscous smelly backup in the tub. They did move us very quickly. The next morning I tried to get coffee int he lobby, but the caraf was empty. When I asked for some, the front desk person told me kinda rudely I could get some when the cafe opened in 10 minutes. It was 11 bucks for drip coffee :| The next morning, I went to Backstory coffee across the street and that place was amazing!! I suppose I'll stay away from Hyatt for awhile.

This property is right on the train/tram line that takes u to Mall of America in a few minutes and to downtown Minneapolis in about 20-30 minutes.. easy to get around by the train. The only thing that was frustrating is everything shuts down early in the area so make sure you get your dinner and snacks before 10/11pm.

Here's a suggestion for your hotel rating: "I am very disappointed with the service. They don't change the sheets or towels and don't clean the room if you're staying less than 4 days. This is unacceptable and not the level of service I expected from this hotel. Definitely not worth the money."
