"I really liked how the lobby and room were very clean. The staff were super nice and welcoming. In the mornings the staff would greet us with good morning. One downside was that the pool was closed in the morning for maintenance but the night of my stay I was able to use it till 12:00am! I really enjoyed that the pool setting was warm and not freezing cold. The pool hours are amazing and convenient! Overall I had a great stay."

"When booking we made a mistake and were unable to change the dates with the 3rd paet booking system. We ended up adding our additional day on a second booking. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and understanding durinf check in and were able to help us smoothly transition our extension. We did have to go back to the front desk and do the check in process twice but we didnt have to vacate our room or anything like that. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future"
