"The staff were really lovely and friendly. The room was great. Getting up the stairs with two really heavy suitcases was a little difficult but we coped. Having the bistro right next door was super convenient. Also having access to a laundry was just brilliant as we had already been away from home for well over a week and really needed to do some washing. The gentleman behind the desk was really helpful, even changing some notes into coins so we could use the machines. Would stay again but if we had big suitcases we would ask for a downstairs unit now that we know that there are stairs. "

"Location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the town centre, close to where we came to visit. Food downstairs at the restaurant is beautiful too, would definitely recommend Royal Hotel Daylesford to my friends."
