New wing is beautiful and love that they are all kitchenettes. Parking lot is not designed well and there are huge curbs to reach the sidewalk. The parking lot and some of the sidewalks were treacherously icy in December.

Was very happy with my accommodations at this hotel! We were on the newer side with a kitchen suite. Staff was all very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say needs updating is the pool change room area but not a huge deal. If I ever go back to Jasper will re book :)

The new building is beautiful and it was actually quite quiet compared to most Jasper hotels. It was also decorated very pretty for Christmas.
