"The check-in staff lady was excellent and very proficient at her job as she quickly got through a very long line of guests arriving at the same time. She did not rush us, answered quick questions, briefly a run down of amenity times, locations and quickly had us checked in; ready for the next set of guests."

"The rooms have all been remodeled and are very nice. The one negative is the layout for accessibility in ADA room. There needs to be equal space on both sides of the bed. It was a very tight squeeze for a wheelchair user on the right side of the bed. Sometimes the disabled person doesn’t have a choice on which side of the bed they need to use. A tight space makes it impossible for a caregiver to render aide as needed. "
