The property is so unique and in the most beautiful location ❤️. Very minor things that could be improved are how clean the room is, 300$ per night I expect the place to be spotless. Unfortunately dust in the corners toothpaste around the sink, dusty blinds. Attention to detail would put this place over the top. We definitely would not hesitate to return as the location is incredibly beautiful. The staff are fantastic. The food is tasty. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unplug and relax in a picturesque environment❤️

5 Star location. Bathroom was dated and rundown, but clean. With the lack of cell service and limited wifi, it's the perfect place for a quiet escape.

This is a peaceful and well worth trip for a getaway or just to wake up to a spectacular view. The staff are always willing to help and you are provided 24/7 shuttle service to your vehicle and front desk assistance for any questions. The restaurants are a bit on the pricey side but, for the food you get and the view while you eat I will say it’s worth it! I would highly recommend visiting at any time of the year !

I am disappointed that we did not get the VIP perks that we are supposed to have. But the area was beautiful.

We had such a wonderful stay! Epic views, great food and friendly attentive staff. The only downfall we would say is, it was not disclosed ahead of time that the sauna would not be working as we were really looking forward to that after a long hike.

PROS: Beautiful surroundings. Super cute and romantic little cabins. Plenty of hiking and sports nearby. Easy to get to. Delicious food. Fireplace with wood in the room. CONS: the room decor is dated, but for the location, it’s well worth it!

I was disappointed with the VIP status because we didn’t get an upgrade. I mean what’s the use of being VIP when you get nothing for it? I am also disappointed with the room that we have. It doesn’t even have a kettle to boil hot water and the room was a bit old and looks a bit dirty especially the comforter. The only good thing about it was the view and how close our cabin to the main lodge.

Absolutely stunning. Quiet, tranquil escape. Fireplaces in the rooms were the nicest added touch, and my private balcony/deck overlooking the lake was the winter paradise I needed. So quiet you could hear a pin drop. Will be back in the winter again for a longer stay. Absolutely superb and everything I thought it could be

One of the most beautiful places I've stayed. Private secluded area. Very good friendly staff. Food was amazing and worth the money. Fireplace in the room was great. Definitely going to revisit.

Winter disconn-escape
Was a wonderful stay. It was everything we had hoped for, we booked a lake view room and got room 124 which had a an amazing view. Point to note, 124 is north facing and thus sunrise and sunset views are shrouded by trees. Didn't matter to us as it was an overcast day with some light snow. Wood fire place was so cool. Beds were comfortable. So happy to report that the heating was adequate without the fire. There was an additional space heater and portable fan. (Didn't need it appreciated it being there). I am not a fan of pod coffee. I love my morning and afternoon espresso. If there was one thing I wish was there would be a one button espresso machine. No tv, no wifi which I guess is inline with an off-grid type stay. I didn't mind the lack of wifi or cell network but we only stayed 1 night. Wasn't too happy with the carpet, it seems everyone would walk in them with boots on and being brown in color, makes me wonder how clean. Everything else was very clean, fire place was pre-arranged, made it a breeze getting it started. Appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The burger was pretty good. Pizza was average, kind of like the frozen thin crusts (poolish dough crusts aren't so difficult). There is ice cleats available for rent and s'mores kits available as well. Be sure to check out Hamilton falls nearby.
